about the FVD
The human being is capital “... and the human being is our capital.
Placing the human being in the centre of the commercial act - be it the wishes of the consumer or the competence of the professionals of Direct Selling – has always been and remains, more than ever, the first vocation of the FVD.
Improvement of the company’s performance, creation of employment, professional training, ethics and deontology... the “Fédération de la Vente Directe”, Direct Selling Association, acts in all these fields, in order to turn the human value into the first lever of competitiveness of the member companies:
- By proposing to the member companies a genuine guidance in their development strategies;
- By permanently acting towards the institutions and the politicians in order to improve the conditions of development for the companies of Direct Selling on the national and international markets;
- By developing training programs, communication tools intended to the Direct Selling persons;
- By imposing upon its adherents the respect of a Code of Ethics as well as a company deontology Code.
